• How many people?
• Age group?
• Decorations – Do-it-yourself or fully installed by the professionals E.g. black tie function, wedding?
• Entertainment – what are my choices. Book entertainment first?
• Theme – add atmosphere choose a theme?
• Costume party – fancy dress party?
• Decorations – Balloons, Streamers, Confetti?
• Party Ware – Plates, cups, cutlery, napkins, table cloths?
