Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our catalogue here online, clicking on any items for further information and to add to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selections, click on "View Basket" to view your purchases and continue to the checkout. At checkout time you will be asked for a few details that we need in order to process the order.
We accept payment by credit card, cheque, postal order or Direct Deposit. We do not recommend sending cash through the post.
We accept payment via the telephone for credit. Personal and company cheques are welcome and so are postal orders via our Pro-Forma invoice system. Business Credit Account applications are welcome (subject to status) for trade accounts.
Please note that no order will be dispatched for shipping until it is paid for in full or is accepted on a Business Credit Account or Pro-Forma invoice with your official Purchase Order.
All cheques and postal orders should be made payable to Just Clowning Around.
If your ordered item is not in stock with us, we will automatically place it on "Back Order" with our supplier for you. You will be emailed with an estimated delivery date and should you rather not progress, you may Cancel your order if you would rather not wait. There is no charge for this order cancellation. Unless you advise to the contrary, should your order consist of four or more items and one or more item[s] is deemed as Back order', to avoid any disappointment or hold up delivery, we may send all in-stock items with the Back Ordered item[s] arriving at a later date. This will allow you to find an alternative source of supply and cancellation of this item if desired. There is no additional postage or shipping cost to you for Back Orders, though we reserve the right to choose our own shipping method.
