Jazz it up like they did in the 80's with our Smiffy's retro women's 80's Pop Tart fancy dress Costume. The costume includes a Black sleeveless dress which has a multi layered skirt with colourful trim on the layers. length of dress is 25" / 63.5 cm from under arm to hem The Yellow neon top with pink detailing around the collar and cuffs sets the dress of nicely. To finish off the costume a Bright Pink Headband is also included. Why not add a pair of our bright pink leg warmers, Neon Beads or one of our fabulous women's wigs to complete this rave look!
