For twenty plus years, we have been adding the fun, that balloons add to hundreds possibly, thousands of parties and events. Over this time, we have been forced to develop a process, of how we organise our delivery runs. This is to ensure that all the events and/or occasions go off without issues. We want every customer to have a enjoyable experience on the big day.
We need to consider:
- Previous organised bookings,
- The size of the delivery ie how many balloons and in what configuration,
- Location of the delivery,
- Venue access - we require a window of approximately 2 hours,
- Day of the week
- Saturday’s deliveries are scheduled from 2:00pm to 5:00pm
- Some Saturdays other times may be available, but depends on a number of factors
- Sundays limited availability and minimum spend requirements.
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time for any delivery. This is particularly true on Friday’s and Saturday’s.
If it is a function, being held at a club, restaurant, or function centre, you do not need to be there, we just need access. Waiting around is a waste of time and adds addition pressure on yourself and our delivery drivers. And unforeseen events can delay either party. We like to make it as easy as possible.
We will try and work with you, and as much as possible, considering the other deliveries we may already have booked. The earlier you book the better we can accommodate your needs.
