Our Black Fringe Flapper costume is perfect for a twenties night. The Flapper Costume includes a black layered fringe dress with the fringing on the front and back of the costume and a black sequinned headband with an attached feather. The shoulder straps on the costume are adjustable and the costume has a zip in the side. Dress Length: Medium size 12-14 is 25 ½ inches / 65 cms X1 size 20-22 is 27 inches / 68.5 cms Important Note: Due to a printing error with the manufacturer the packaging does state this costume does include a garter but this is not the case.
