Delivery Options

All our Balloon Deliveries require a window of two (2) hours at the delivery address, where somebody must be able to accept the arrangements.

Delivery Run Times

Monday – Friday

Gift Bouquet – 9;30am – 5:00pm (2-hour window)
Larger Orders – 10:00 – 2:30pm (2-hour window)

Saturday

Gift Bouquet – 9:00am – 9:30am or 3:00 – 5:00pm
Larger Orders – 3:00 – 5:30pm

Standard Delivery Service – Next Day

With our Standard Delivery Service, we can deliver your balloons next business day.

• Online Orders Close 3:00pm
• Phone Orders Close 5:30pm

To qualify for delivery service, your order must include a minimum order of $49.95 inc GST, worth of balloons or products.

Same-day Service

Same-day service is available but must be ordered via the phone. 

• Last orders for same day delivery is 1:00pm.
• Same-day orders will be delivered by 5pm

Timed Delivery Service — When Timing is Critical

Our Timed Delivery Service has restricted availability.

Considerations include:

Which day of the week?

How big the order is?

• What time of the day? Time required in order to inflate.
• What size vehicle we require?

FRIEGHT vs DELIVERY
Some of the Balloon Bouquets offered on our website, include inflation. These require delivery with our specialised delivery Angel’s
Other Bouquets are presented as a package of balloons uninflated. You can still have these inflated, however this must be selected separately. Please be mindful of this as you decided which Balloon Bouquet to select.

Uninflated balloons are eligible for dispatch via our freight partner(s).
