Regular Post and Express Post are for delivery to Australian mainland address only

 

Balloon Orders for helium, helium filled or air-filled arrangements, including Gift Bouquets, Table or Floor Arrangements or Décor Work, cannot be sent via post or courier, and therefore have different delivery costings and are not eligible for Free Shipping.

OUT OF OUR CONTROL

Some things are out of our control like, severe weather, bush fires, vehicle and aircraft mechanical failures, and other such calamities may affect the delivery time, however we boast an impressive 96% on time rate for all deliveries, near and far. If your order does not reach you within 15 days, we will happily pay for the return postage and refund you in full for your purchase once returned.

DELIVERY TO HIGH RISE BUILDINGS OR WORK

If you are having your item delivered to you at work. Your order may be considered delivered if left, with your receptionist, mail room or delivery dock.

1 - REGULAR POST

Standard flat rate shipping, delivery by Australia Post’s Parcel Post service is $12.95. Applicable for mainland Australia including Tasmania. *Cocos Keeling, Christmas and Norfolk Islands the fee is $19.95

The below delivery times are an estimate. We use third party providers, and as such, we cannot guarantee these times, but we don't usually experience difficulties in meeting the below times.

  NSW & ACT is 2-5 business days
  VIC is 3-6 business days
  QLD is 3-8 business days
  SA is 4-8 business days
  NT is 6-14 business days
  WA is 5-10 business days
  TAS is 5-10 business days

2 – FREE SHIPPING

If your order, excluding freight, is over $145, we will ship your order by Australia Post’s Parcel Post service for free. Applicable for mainland Australia including Tasmania. *Cocos Keeling, Christmas and Norfolk Islands the fee is $10.00

3 - EXPRESS POST (Australian Deliveries Only)

  Please make sure someone is available to collect the delivery and provide at least 2 contact phone numbers to avoid disappointment

DELIVERY TIMES FOR EXPRESS POST

*Delivery time is estimated at 1 business day for most metropolitan suburbs and larger regional areas. You should check the Australia Post website to see if you are in a Next Business Day Delivery Postcodes area. We would always recommend that you have an additional day for delivery, particularly during peak periods

4 - PICK UP IN STORE

  Pickup your order from our Store during our opening hours.
  Click here for location and opening hours.
  Our refund policy allows a full refund when you inspect your order in most cases when selecting this shipping option however see our Refund Policy for more details.
  No Shipping or Handling Charges
  Once your order is ready, we will contact you to let you know that it is ready to be picked up.
  Allow at least 2 working days and call us before coming to our store if we haven't called you to advise your order is ready.
  You will be required to sign to confirm you have received the parcel.
  You must bring photo ID with you and you must be the person named on the order or the person advised as the party picking up the order in the order comments.

5 – PICK UP AT STORE BY YOUR COURIER

  Send your own courier to pickup your order from our Sans Souci Store Only during our opening hours. Click here for location and opening hours.
  Allow at least 2 working days and call us before sending your courier.
  DO NOT send your courier before we call you to confirm your order is ready.
  Once your order is ready, we will contact you to let you know that it is ready to be picked up.
  Notify us of the courier company that will be picking up your order to enable us to find the parcel for your courier in a timely manner.
  MAKE SURE your courier is aware of you order number.
  If your courier arrives without the order number and they are not willing to wait for us to locate your parcel they may leave and we will not be liable for any costs you incur as a result.
  Your courier will be required to sign to confirm they have received the parcel
  We are not responsible for courier costs, courier delivery times, courier handling or miss handling,
  We do not accept any responsibility for damaged items inside parcels delivered to you by your courier. The courier must ensure the contents are as required when receiving the goods.

What Happens If I Am Not Home When My Parcel Is Delivered? 

If a delivery is made when you are not home, the parcel is taken to your local post office to await collection. You are usually left a note from the delivery driver to advise which local post office it was taken to but if you are unsure you can track your parcel by logging in at www.justclowningaround.com.au/index.php/customer/account/login. (the post office will send you a note if the parcel is unclaimed and if it remains unclaimed for 3 consecutive weeks, they send it back to us. If this happens, we will not be able to refund the postage on your order. You may specify for the post man to leave the parcel somewhere for you, please note that if you request us to do this and the parcel goes missing after the post office advises they have delivered it, we do not take responsibility for the lost parcel.

What happens if my parcel is lost? 

All our delivery options are provided by a third party however It is rare that a courier company or Australia post lose a parcel. As delivery is provided by a third party for your convenience, we cannot accept responsibility for a lost parcel however we really want you to have a great party so please contact us if your parcel is lost and we may find a way to resolve your situation at little or no cost to you.

When will my order be dispatched?

Your order will be dispatched by close of business the next business day.

What if all items are not available?

If in the rare event that your order has an item that is not in stock, we will contact you, and you;

  May wait for it to come back into stock,
  Can request a refund, or
  Can substitute for another item

If I place my order today, when will I receive it?

Delivery times vary depending on where you live and the shipping method. For delivery dates refer to the estimated date listed below. Delivery times vary based on your location. Please see the :service options above.

Can I track my parcel?

You will be able to track your order with the consignment number emailed to you once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Tracking information will be available from the next business day.

PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries to Parcel Lockers and MyPost addresses may experience delivery delays.

Do you offer Same Day Courier Service

We currently do not offer a same day delivery service.

My item has been posted, can I change my delivery address or redirect the parcel?

Sorry this is not possible. Once an online order has been placed, it cannot be redirected to a different delivery address once the item has been posted. You must ensure that you have provided us with the correct delivery address during the checkout process.
